The Curriculum

At Primary Level, modern languages aswell as all subjects listed under the following category are compulsary. While at the Secondary Section, only Year 10 onwards are able to choose a minimum of nine subjects to sit at IGCSE level the following year, but Year 7 to Year 9 are obliged to complete all the subjects listed in the secondary section category as compulsory aspects of the curriculum. With Post-16 studies, students decide on the appropriate subjects after candid career advice from an advisor, the Principal or subject teachers. Since A Levels strain alot more than anything else at school, candidates are asked to select a maximum of four tough subjects to sit at May/June sittings soft A Levels can be taken alongside these options but only academically capable candidates will be fully encouraged to do so.
